(hereinafter, “Data Controller”) collects and uses personal information of its participants (hereinafter, “Data Subjects”) who, sending an email attaching their Videos, will participate to the Oranum Testimonial Campaign (hereinafter, “Campaign” promoting the services of Oranum.com (the “Website”).

- your image in the video sent, accordingly to the terms of the T&Cs
- only in case your video is chosen, your payment details in order to provide you with the reward set in the T&Cs.

Due to the nature of the Campaign, we may have data about you which could reflect your philosophical or religious belief.
When you participate to the Campaign sending your video, we collect the category of the Broadcasters you live opinions about or of the features you use.
Due to the explicit meaning of each category name (e.g. Chinese astrology, reiki, clairvoyance, angel communication, etc…), if you share it in your video it is possible that the chosen categories reflect or give indications about your philosophical or religious beliefs.
We understand that this may not explicitly reflect information about your life outside of the site. It may only show punctual interests. However, in order to provide you with the highest level of data protection, we treat this data as a special data category, which is highly protected.
Because your philosophical or religious beliefs are essential aspects of privacy, we are maintaining very high IT security standards. We are periodically proceeding with controls and assessments of our security measures, in order to guarantee a trustworthy environment.

Why do we process your personal data?
The data will be used only to fulfill the purpose of the Campaign and the videos not chosen will be deleted. The videos chosen will be part of the Campaign and only the email will be deleted in this case.
Only the chosen videos will be shared in the various communication channels such as social media and press releases to fulfill the purpose of the Campaign.
The social media platforms with which we may share the videos are not controlled by us. Therefore, any questions regarding how your social media platform provider processes your personal data should be addressed to the social media provider or should be modified through your privacy settings with such provider.
The Data Controller may rely on a legal obligation to process the personal data, such as to comply with legal obligations, respond to information requests for fraud investigations and alleged illegal activities, and/or protect its rights or defend against any claims.
How do we protect your personal data?
The personal data will be processed with informatic tools having the adequate security measures implemented by Data Controller against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or deletion.
We actively implement data loss prevention systems against leakage, theft and data breach in order to ensure that our site and the entire IT infrastructure related to it are updated against the latest network security vulnerabilities. We periodically test our IT systems and do sophisticated penetration tests. Our site incorporates the most advanced security technologies available in order to ensure maximum safety of its users and the safekeeping of their related information.

For the purpose of the Campaign your personal data will be shared with the following parties:

We may share the selected videos in our website and on social media platforms. The social media platforms with which we may share the videos are not controlled by us. Therefore, any questions regarding how your social media platform provider processes your personal data should be addressed to the social media provider.
If you share information with third parties directly, this Privacy Policy does not govern the processing of your personal information by these third parties.
Rights of the Data Subjects
You have the right to access the personal information about you by requesting us a copy of your personal data free of charge. If the case, you have also the right to request that we correct any inaccuracies in the personal data.

Please note that if you request the erasure of your personal data the Data Controller will be able to satisfy this request only if the selected video is not already officially shared. The Data Controller may have to refuse the execution of your request. This would be the case where we have legitimate grounds to not select your contribution for various reasons (nudes, hate content, etc.).
If you consider that our processing of your personal data infringes the Regulation EU 2016/679 or any other applicable national laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
