1. Reflecting on Your Journey: Looking back on your 12 years as a psychic on Oranum, what do you consider your most profound learning experience?
In helping others, I work past my own obstacles as well, which transforms into constant evolution in my life. My most profound learning experience is a process which involves refining what I already do, as I was born a mystic. I have been a spiritual teacher for the last 29 years through my temple, which has also become an integral part of me and the experiences I share. For me to truly guide others, I must embody that guidance to make a difference in my client’s lives. It’s about a deeper authenticity with the self, humility, reverence, and a connection to all that is.
2. Evolution of Abilities: How have your psychic abilities evolved or changed over the last 12 years, and what do you attribute this growth to?
I wouldn’t say they have evolved, but like everything else I do I push myself to master what I set my mind to. I was a long-time reader before Oranum, having previously owned a witchcraft store and worked on many other services, but I would have to say my gifts especially deepened as I led ritual in my temple on regular basis. It changes you in ways you can’t define. In doing readings on a daily basis, it did force me out of my comfort zone to expand on what I offered, and so I have. I try to be as flexible for my clients as possible.
3. Memorable Moments: Can you share one of the most memorable readings you’ve conducted and the impact it had on both you and the client?
Yes, the first time I did a remote viewing session for a client in finding a missing person. My client had a female friend who had been kidnapped in a foreign country (where I had never been), and I gave them all the landmarks to find her. This took me about a half hour to do, as remote viewing takes me the longest of anything I offer. Just before they were set to go out and find her, one of the kidnappers was caught. The kidnapper released the information about where the woman was being held, and they were able to get her to a hospital quickly, so I am glad they were able to help her in time. My client did tell me that every last piece of information I gave was on point and would have led them to her if they had gone out – it was almost a road map. I believe my client truly appreciated what I did for her but was more than a little spooked at how accurate I was.
4. Challenges and Triumphs: What have been some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced in your psychic practice, and how have you overcome them?
The biggest challenges have not come from being a psychic in practice but trying to gear my gifts towards the needs of clients working within the parameters of a service. Working fast was the first challenge, as I quickly learned clients would hang up on phone services if I was not fast enough, but truly, this is an issue on every service. And I really need a little bit of extra time to do what I need to. So many are more concerned about what they pay per minute rather than the value and depth of their answer and any guidance this might entail. Keep in mind this is coming from a very fast reader, and this was true even when my prices were much lower. For example, in my own personal readings, I do a general reading first before I answer questions, as this first part opens the conversation to tell the client what they need to hear, not what they wish to know. Many people on a service would not see the value in it, unless this was what they were looking for, so I have to customize how I do my readings for the individual needs of my client. I have learned to be very flexible.
5. The Role of Technology: How has working on an online platform like Oranum influenced your ability to connect with and help people across the globe?
I believe live streaming is the way of the future for all psychic services. Oranum is unique in its video format and is very interactive. This is a totally different concept from recorded readings, and even live television, which is not truly interactive. Phone and chat services alone are limiting in the experience for the client as well. On my end, live streaming a reading is the next best thing to reading in person and creates a better connection with clients. I prefer it. Clients also enjoy being able to get a reading wherever they are, and on their schedule. It has been lovely to connect with people from all areas of the world, making Oranum a unique experience.
6. Insights into the Future: Without revealing specifics, what are some general trends or energies you perceive for the future, based on your 12 years of readings?
I believe many are relying more on the internet and technology for their personal needs, but I don’t feel AI is a threat. I have had to relay the message to so many that the computer-generated readings are not to be taken seriously as there is no spiritual involvement – it’s just binary code. I believe in using technology as a tool, such as the live streaming we do on Oranum, but without replacing the human factor. People often feel more comfortable confiding in a psychic than a therapist, or in their circle of friends. Clients need validation for what their instincts are telling them and for the psychic to come from a place of non-judgement, and in confidence. This is something that will not change. I expect the spiritual market will continue to grow at a rapid pace in the future since so many people are turning to spirituality for inner growth, and answers about life they may not find in mainstream religion. Experiences shape who we are, and the internet is an excellent forum to expand on this in a safe and comfortable way.
7. Personal Growth: In what ways has your work as a psychic contributed to your personal growth and understanding of yourself?
Like other fields where you guide others, be it administering as clergy, teaching, or psychology, one of the largest reasons you get involved in the first place is because of personal needs. Many of us often pursue what we need to learn about for ourselves. In the process we come to understand what we need in our own spiritual practice. The deeper I go into this knowledge, the more I learn about myself. Self-knowledge is nothing without the experience and wisdom to use it, and having knowledge is not the same as practicing it. Working with this daily has helped me develop into a better person and a better psychic.
8. Advice for Aspiring Psychics: Based on your extensive experience, what advice would you give to someone just starting their journey as a psychic?
To just simply begin, to connect with all that is. What I have told my own personal students is that “All our power comes from the power of connection, the more deeply we are connected, the more we can do.” We are not powerful, per se, and even what appears to be magickal power is borrowed, but we may connect with all that is on a deeper level. Like the words on the Oracle of Delphi, “Know Thyself” is the key. Humility can open unexpected doors. To become a better psychic also means practicing integrity, which is also honesty with the self. This is a never-ending process, but we must do the inner work before we can be genuinely useful to others. No one can drink from an empty well. A large part of our job as a psychic is customer service, and we should never forget our job is built on how we handle clients. People and their lives do matter, and they trust you with theirs. Never lose sight of this, it’s a responsibility.
9. The Essence of a Good Reading: From your perspective, what are the key components of a meaningful and impactful psychic reading?
When the client and I are on the same page, and there needs to be a level of trust. When clients are open-minded, straight forward, and are educated a bit in what psychics offer, it truly helps. A client needs to allow me to read in the way I feel is best, to give up control over the reading, and to be respectful. A reading should be a cooperative effort towards a solution for the best possible outcome. I also do not believe in giving up power to a psychic to tell them what to do, so instead, I had that power back to them with information so they can make better choices. As far as I am concerned, my job is to empower my clients with information and encourage them to acquire the tools they need to succeed.
10. Celebrating Milestones: As you celebrate this 12-year milestone, what are your aspirations for the future, both for yourself and for the community on Oranum.com?
I have a lot of aspirations, as so much in my life was put on hold in the pandemic, which I don’t consider to be over. I do plan on writing more, and I believe this also means I will be writing both as a psychic and a priestess. I also plan on doing my own radio show rather than simply being a guest on radio stations, and I was just on Kim Komando’s international video/podcast in February. I won’t rule out television either. I do plan on furthering my studies in astrology, as this is something I feel I need to do for both my clients and myself, and going deeper into psychic studies, as many methods of teaching fall short of the mark (in my opinion). I expect as I continue to expand what I offer this can only help the clients who come to me.
